Celebrating our 10th anniversary, we’re returning in October for Reading Fringe Festival 2022!

After a record-breaking festival in 2019, the award-winning Reading Fringe Digital in 2020 and taking a break to plan in 2021, we’re back with our first in-person Fringe for three years.

Join us on October 29-30 for a musical world premiere, a hip hop dance battle, specially created interactive games and a family-friendly concert at town centre venues including Reading Concert Hall, St Laurence Church and the Biscuit Factory.

Join Jelly artists Yan and Katie for a free drop-in session from 3pm before the special family concert as part of Reading Fringe Festival. They will be making collages inspired by music, think cubist inspired collage such as Braque cardboard instrument or Picasso. It will be a playful, fun and free session.

THIS IS US

Our theme this year is THIS IS US, and we’re proud of what that means. We’re all Reading: resilient, welcoming, warm, artistic, and brave.

THIS IS US, still here, still strong, and celebrating 10 record-breaking years of Reading Fringe Festival.

We’re so proud to be supported again this year by Arts Council England as we recover and recoup from what has been such a challenging time for Reading, for the arts, and the whole world.
