A fascinating day steeped in historical and architectural gems, come

Walk the medieval pilgrimage of Our Lady of Caversham, a popular route
for the whole of medieval society from Kings, Queens and Noble men to
freemen and peasants. Follow Britians purest chalk streams along the
river Thames, and ponder your own beliefs at the historical holy St
Annes well in Caversham before finally finishing at the Reading Abbey.
The Pilgrimage route starts at 11 am from St Andrews Church, 6 Thames
Street, Sonning Reading RG4 6UT.
Please bring a packed lunch and water. There will be a 15 minute stop
at the Geo Cafe in Caversham which has toilets.
The pilgrimage is estimated to finish at around 4.30 at the Reading Abbey.
